Chef Eric Masson holds three degrees from the Culinary Schools of Brest, Noirmoutiers & Ferrandi in Paris and has been Executive Chef at prestigious restaurants in New York, London & Paris. He has extensive knowledge of food, wine, and all aspects of the restaurant industry. He has conducted cooking classes since 1998 and is consistently appearing on local news stations. Chef Eric Masson has won numerous awards, was featured in Wine Enthusiast and performed at various food shows along with Guy Fieri, Paula Deen, Fabio Viviani, and Aaron McCargo Jr.
Together with his wife Kim, they opened two French restaurants in New York and one in Little River, South Carolina. They are both Commander of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and have hosted many Chaine dinners at their restaurants. Kim started a monthly wine club in 1998 and has an
extensive knowledge of wine from around the world. She has been planning group travel since 2011. Kim & Eric sold their South Carolina restaurant in 2022, allowing them to plan group trips around the world and share their passion for traveling, gastronomy, and fine wines.
