Kim and Eric Masson, former owners of The Brentwood Restaurant in Little River, SC, know firsthand the value of taking time to relax and explore. After successfully running The Brentwood for 15 years, they sold the restaurant in 2022 to dedicate themselves fully to organizing unforgettable group travel experiences. If you love discovering new places, savoring great food, and meeting interesting people, you’ll feel right at home on one of their trips.
Chef Eric Masson holds three culinary degrees from the prestigious schools of Brest, Noirmoutiers, and Ferrandi in Paris. His career includes serving as Executive Chef at renowned restaurants in New York, London, and Paris, giving him a deep expertise in food, wine, and the art of hospitality. Since moving to the U.S. in 1998, Eric has taught countless cooking classes, made regular appearances on local TV, earned numerous awards, and been featured in Wine Enthusiast. He has also shared the stage with culinary icons such as Guy Fieri, Paula Deen, Fabio Viviani, and Aaron McCargo Jr.
Together, Kim and Eric have opened two acclaimed French restaurants in New York and one in Little River, SC. As Commanders of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, they have hosted many prestigious Chaîne dinners, celebrating the world’s finest culinary traditions.
Kim Masson launched a monthly wine club in 1998 and has since developed extensive expertise in wines from across the globe. Since 2011, she has been creating and leading group travel adventures, blending culture, cuisine, and wine into seamless, enriching experiences. Today, she and Eric combine their shared passions for gastronomy, fine wines, and exploration to curate journeys that are as flavorful as they are memorable.
